General Comments:
It's hard to believe this story once included only five strips.
When I first wrote this story, I hadn't yet come up with Horst and
Public Channel 13, they originally were mentioned in a sunday strip
way into the series. But I liked them, so I modified the story.
I like the blend of serious humour and zaniness. And the 100th strip.
You may notice that the date in the afterthought panel is the same
as the date when the camera first shows up.
